TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Number of articles sent in for laundry have to be indicated before collection, otherwise Unique Express Cleaning has the right to count and be accepted the amount
- Stain Removal is done at owner request
- No liability can be accepted for defects or damages arising during treatment which are due to manufacture or deterioration by wear and tear
- Our liability, in case of damage or loss of article, shall not exceed five (5) times the service fee charged for the cleaning of the item, which shall not exceed $200, unless value of damaged item is declared on the receipt.
- All claims must be made 24 hours after receiving of articles accompanied with original receipt
- Any special buttons or any removable embroidery has to be removed before sending your items for cleaning. Responsibilities are disclaimed for buckles, trimmings, buttons, beads, etc. that are damaged during the cleaning process
- Any item, whether slightly or totally damaged, should be retained by Express Unique upon the settlement of claims unless agreed by Express Unique
- Loss of receipt not reported immediately will be at owners risk
- All items must be picked up within one (1) month from the date of its order. Otherwise articles may be sold to defray processing and storage charges
